In this specialist group, we discuss current issues relating to the use and regulation of AI in the healthcare sector. Together, we develop answers and concrete solutions that are useful in practice—whether in hospitals, research institutions, or on the provider side.

Katharina Schreiber, attorney at Bär & Karrer, and Thomas Kuster, partner at LEXR, are co-chairing the “AI & Health” specialist group. Both deal intensively with legal issues at the interface of technology, data, and healthcare, bringing different perspectives from advising startups, hospitals, and large corporations.
